Prices for your holiday apartment in Fiè allo Sciliar

Price information:

• The prices are for 2 people.
• The price includes electricity, heating, water, bed linen, towels, dishtowels, Wi-Fi, the use of the infrared shower, double garage with ski deposit, taxes.
• For each additional person, we charge 17,00 € per day and person.
• Weekly linen change possible for a fee.
• Minimum stay: 4 days.

Reduction:

Children up to 2 years are free of charge.
From 2 – 12 years we charge 12 € per day/child
High chair and cot/crib available on request (5€ per day)

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in our apartment.

Mobil Card:

The Seiser Alm Mobilcard is included in the price. With the guest card, you are mobile and can explore the holiday region Seiser Alm and South Tyrol by bus and train.

The following services are included:

• All shuttle buses of the Seiser Alm holiday region (except lines 10, 11 and 12)
• Regional trains from the Brenner/Brennero to Trient/Trento and from Mals/Malles to Innichen/San Candido
• City buses, interurban buses
• Lifts/ropeways (Ritten/Renon, Kohlern, Meransen/Maranza, Jenesien/ San Genesio, Mölten/Meltina, Vöran/Verano, Tram Ritten/Renon, Mendelpass/Passo della Mendola)
• Discounts from the Seiser Alm orbit on the Combi Card and the Nordic Pass (3 in 7 days or 7 in 14 days)

Local tax:

The local tax is to be paid on site and the one from 2020 counts – 2,50 € per person

Reservation:

A reservation is considered mandatory when the deposit has been paid to confirm it.

Arrival:

The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
After an agreement has been reached or according to availability the arrival is also earlier possible. Should you arrive later, please let us know at what time.

Departure:

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am at the latest.

Cancellation conditions:

according to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Act. Nevertheless, we grant you a right to withdrawal under the following conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZBG:

Up to 3 months before departure we will refund your deposit minus a 25 € handling fee. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation. Within the last 4 weeks, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. In case of cancellation 7 days before the arrival, in case of nonappearance or in case of early departure as well as late arrival the full amount of the booking room will be charged. Please inform us in time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Travel Cancellation insurance:

We recommend you to complete a travel cancellation insurance the moment you book your stay. In this way, the cancellation fees can be covered (European travel cancellation insurance).
