South Tyrol, delectation for the gums

Here in South Tyrol, the Tyrolean and Italian cuisine meet.

In the immediate proximity of our holiday apartment in Fiè allo Sciliar, there are 2 restaurants. The nice little restaurant Umser Mühle/Mulino di Umes, newly opened in 2018, is situated on the hiking trail Nr. 6, but can also be reached by car or by bus line 176. There you can enjoy delicious homemade and regional dishes.

In only 20 m distance there is also the hotel restaurant Kircher which spoils its customers with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine.
